CompleteTransition-to fixed wing if Q_TRANS_FAIL

Question about this photo from the WIKI

Why is it written only for tiltrotors? I have Quadplane with 4 motors and not tilting, and I don’t have an airspeed device.

I want the transition to depend only on time. Can I use those parameters? because I tried it on the table, without props, and low throttle stick. During transition from QStabilize to FBWA The Quad motors kept spinning, but the forward motor stopped after 2 second,

My parameters are:
Q_OPTIONS bit19 = 1
Q_TRANS_FAIL_ACT = 0
Q_TRANS_FAIL = 5
AIRSPEED_MIN = 0
Q_TRANSITION_MS=1000
