Compiling and uploading will delete APM settings?

Hi,

If we compile and upload new firmware to the APM 3.1 the settings and tunning configurations will be deleted? I will have to do all the calibrations again?

first; you can just backup and restore.
As long you flash the same type of vehicle, your parameters will remain.
