Compass variance error in Autotune mode

Hi everyone

I am developing a 100kg AUW drone.

Took off in STABILISE mode. Changing into POSITION HOLD mode. Everything is fine. Holding a position and flying properly.

As soon as changing to AUTOTUNE mode compass varience error is popping up in the mission planner and drone is drifting away.

Kindly help me to solve this issue.


We will need a link to a .bin flight log to diagnose that.

Now I engaged auto tune in alt hold mode.
Now the problem is solved.



Now I am facing vibration issue. Using CUAV V5+ flight controller. Haven’t used any vibration damping. Did Hard mount to the frame.

Can I use vibration dampener to reduce the vibration?
