Compass calibration

I am calibrating my compass after the firmware update. Based on the 3dr support telling me this has to be done. I am not seeing good compass reading after the calibration. Any tips?

Anything less than 200 offset is fine. What are you getting?

I’ll post number later, but just taking compass readings do not match up with a real compass. First time quad copter user here, so not sure what I should expect.
