CLI Showing Rubbish

Hello everyone! Ive just upgrade to 3.2 and the CLI is showing rubbish. Ive looked around and found this http://diydrones.com/forum/topics/garbage-from-serial but ive tried all what is said, eg changing baud, pressing enter 3 times, cycling power. I went back to 3.1.5 and CLI is working well.
Baud in picture is set to 115200.

Any help would be great.

If you would have done a search of this sub forum you would have found that the CLI has been removed from v3.2.
