Can't connect w cont/constant 1sec red flashing led APM

Have a Jdrone w APM 2.6
Crashed it! Now have a steady flashing red LED next to the gps blue led and can’t arm. Can see controller in MP. Using the wizard! Update to MP 3.01. Get the no arm and no gps lock at end of wizard…

Anyone? Please
