Cannot get Quad to tune even after following procedure

Hello,

I’ve been lurking these forums for several years and typically find all my answersthru the search. Unfortunately, I cannot solve this problem. I have a 7" quad with a Matek H743 slim FC running V4.2.3. Despite following the tune process and lowering my PIDs I cannot get my quad to stop oscillating.

Can anyone point out what I am doing wrong? I have been at this for months now.

There is a comprehensive build and tune Blog for a 7” Long range with that Flight Controller from one of the Developers. Easily found with search, follow that.
