The inaugural CanberraUAV workshop was held on the 4th February, with 17 attendees at the local makerspace (MHV). The intent of the workshop was to have a detailed look at some of the technologies we use in our (open-source) UAV’s. Specifically: Ardupilot, ground control software and communications link.
The workshop was a success, with everyone learning how to compile Ardupilot, run SITL and configure and run missions with Ardupilot.
