I planning to implement simple obstacle avoidance and obstacle avoidance with Bendy-ruler.
Currently, I have one SF45/B scanning LIDAR (320 deg rotation angle) and two SF20/C rangefinder LIDAR. I am thinking to install SF45/B LIDAR in forward facing position and one SF20/C in backward facing so that I can get 360 deg obstacle avoidance. Is this integration possible? Because, the following page says Simple Object Avoidance — Copter documentation “WARNING: Only one proximity sensor source can be enabled, using either a 360 degree lidar or up to 9 rangefinders.” But I am wondering it says about 360 deg LIDAR and I am using 320 deg. Please clarify me on this.
One more SF20/C I am planning to install in downward facing direction for terrain following purpose.
