I am currently using a FLIR pro duo r thermal imaging camera. I can change the mode and options in the app, but I want to change the general camera mode and thermal image mode through ROS messages or Linux commands. Is it possible?
You should ask FLIR about a FLIR-ROS node and post the results here.

You should ask FLIR if such a node exists, and if they can provide it to you.
If it does not exist create it yourself.
