CAN GPS used even if not configured

I’ve run into the following problem: I’ve installed CUAV NEO3 PRO CAN GPS and another serial GPS. I was not able to get a GPS fix. The position was changing randomly. Later I’ve added another serial GPS and configured both serial GPS (GPS_TYPE = 2 for GPS 1 and 2). I still wanted to have the CAN GPS connected because of its compass.

I was really desperate and finally have simply disconnected the CAN cable and then both serial GPS receivers started to work as expected.

So my guess is that for some reason the ArduPlane uses CAN GPS even if it is not configured. I think that the CAN GPS went mad for some reason (to be diagnosed). I’ve tried to reset from UBlox Center but had no success.

My Flight controller is Matek H743 Wing V3 and the version used was 4.6.0 beta 5 and 6.
