CAN BUS Configuration on Mission Planner

Dear All,
i have 4 analog sensor which output is 0volt to 5volt. i have read these sensor data through one microcontroller(NI-sbRIO). and this output i want transfer through CAN port of microcontroller(NI-sbRIO) to CAN port of Pixhawk.
I want to know how can i read this sensor data in mission planner.
So, how to access sensor data(CAN data) in mission planner (what is the configuration on mission planner to access sensor data ).
