We have 2 CUAV Skye2 airspeed sensor on our drone but one of them is constantly causing errors.
Arduplane 4.6.2 in quadplane.
We did the autocal during a flight but still have this error : “Airspeed sensor 1 failure diabling” and 10s later re enabling then re disabling…
Their firmware is uptodate. On the logs I can see that both of their Hp is going down.
What can cause this problem ? Bad calibration ?

I was having problems with SKYE airspeed and Plane 4.6.2 earlier today, i checked everyhthing and changed the CAN ID of all the other devices on the plane.
lastlty i turned the plane and it suddenly started working.
Also even though i did Preflight Calibration and left it for 1 hour working, i came back and saw 4m/s reading, is that related to the heater or something else
Did you let the sensor heat up a few minutes and then do a preflight calibration ?
0-3m/s fluctuation is normal when on ground with no wind.
Our sensor is working on ground without error but during flight it gets disabled.
We will try to calibrate it in flight again.
What do you mean by disabled, does it automatically turns off, or you mean that you (The Operator) Disable the auto calibration during flight
We have 2 skye2, during flight one of them was not healthy and getting disabled by the autopilot
“Airspeed sensor 1 not healthy disabling…”
Now we did the calibrations in flight again and we don’t see any error anymore
