Camera Exterior Orientation from 3DR Log file

Hi,

Is there are utility (apart from the geotagging tool within MP) to extract the aircraft attitude (omega, phi & kappa).

We have started to use Simactive Correlator 3D software to process the UAV catured images, however this does not read the 3DR log file (while Pix4D Pro does).

Any help on this would be highly appreciated.

Mission Planner provides the ability to convert a .bin logfile to a .log format. The .log format is text, so any text-scanner can extract log information from it.

You probably want the “ATT” log message, which logs the Roll, Pitch, and Yaw values computed by the ahrs.
