What does everyone typically shoot for with their hover throttle/c.tun with a new build?
That’s sort of a backwards way of thinking about it. In general, I like a thrust to weight ratio of 4 or 5 to 1, which puts hover throttle at 0.2 to 0.25.
But the answer depends on the use case. I have a couple of FPV builds with much greater thrust:weight.
For a multirotor, anything short of 3:1 tends to be underpowered, and less than 2:1 is effectively useless.
