Not been following this closely, but the telemetry request goes out in the dshot packet, so I’m not sure whether things will work without motors etc
THAT WAS IT! Without Dshot packets from the Flight Controller, the ESC wasn’t sending the data back. Make sure the safety button is pressed or no telemetry.
The documentation could probably be updated to make this a bit clearer.
