Hi! I recently received a PreArm error rangefinder A is not detected. I have not made any configuration changes (followed instructions for UART config).
Serial2_protocal =9
Rngfnd1_type=20
It worked previously without issues and not sure if it’s not supported anymore or if it’s a firmware update. Can’t locate any firmware exe. files on the Benewake website.
Please let me know what other info is needed. Thanks!
If you don’t made any changes, it could not be a firmware issue. Firmware is not changing by itself.
Not for the FC and not for the Rangefinder.
But electronic HW and or wiring can change be defect.
So if you really don’t changed any firmware and parameter setting look for HW failures.
Otherwise show all your parameter and HW configuration
you should check the wiring, at-times solder joints fail after some time and give the issue. This can be one cause if you did not change anything in software
