Battery failsafe at arming in 4.6

After upgrading to 4.6 I get battery failsafe right after arming, the FC starts beeping.
When I flash back to 4.5.7 everything is back normal and arms.

Any new parameter causing this?

No new params or behaviour related to this as far as I am aware.
Post a link to a.bin log where this occurs. You may need to set LOG_DISARMED,1 to capture it.
