I’m new to cube orange and i’m seeing this message Battery 1 Unhealthy first time. I have attached bin file here. I’m using same battery and same parameters and firmware version in Pixhawk and there i’m not getting this issue.
Also i’m unable to reboot FC from QGroundControl. It is showing “Vehicle reboot failed”. Also If I turn-off battery voltage in arming bitmask I could see battery value written in red showing in QGroundControl.
Why would you do that? The battery monitor is incorrectly configured for CubeOrange. Review the Volt and Current Pins in the Battery parameters.
You can not use the same parameters on a CubeOrange and on a Pixhwk1.
Their sensors are different, their calibration is different, the battery pins are different.
You need to use something like AMC software that allows you to safely port the settings from one FC to another.
I even tried resetting the parameters to default in mission planner but still was getting the battery 1 unhealthy error. Will look into the Voltage and Current pins in battery parameters.
Thank you for the information. I changed HW Ver to 8, I’m not getting the error now.
