Bad launch auto and crash

Hello. I use Arduplane 4.0.9.
I have a problem.
I have a point-by-point mission. Takeoff in auto mode with hands. But sometimes, during takeoff, the plane tilts very much to the side and it falls to the ground.

now I noticed these messages exactly when I had a fall.

You have high frequency vibration causing aliasing on your IMUs, but while that is bad I don’t think that is the primary cause of the problem.
You said it happens “sometimes”. Do you have a log of a successful flight with this plane?

Tks for answer.
