Autonomous quadcopter assembly

I am new in making quadcopter so can anyone guide me what exactly components are required to make an autonomous quadcopter using F450 frame and APM 2.8 flight control…

Short guide here,which is the wiki for Ardupilot.Spend a lot of time there before getting components.

Your frame should have recommendations for motors and propellors and also ESCs (electronic speed controllers).You will find a lot of build videos on youtube for that particular frame.Choose which voltage you will use (3S or 4S) and then get your parts together.Get it flying first using the wiki and then go for mission planning.It’s exciting doing the first one.
