Automower - Rover conversion

Hi All,
I have a husqvarna automower with a faulty main board Specific model is a 305. Im wanting to convert this platform into a rover and possibly use RTK GPS to create a ardupilot mower.
Has anyone out there done anything similar with this platform?
Im on the lookout for a compatible motor driver, I know the motor is 3 phase BLDC and has some kind of feedback but unsure if this is an encoder or other.
If anyone has any information that may help this would be very much appreciated.

they are probably hall sensors on the motors, you need a controller that can work sensored motors like a vesc.

Yes correct there hall sensors. Any recommendations on ESC hardware that works well with ardurover? Vesc seems to be a pretty complex ecosystem to figure out.
