Auto-Land: The autopilot did not shut down the throttle when the plane reaches the flare point

HI,

We are using a fixed wings plane with the Pixhawk1, airspeed and the arduplane 3.7.1

We were doing auto landing. we did 2 flights.

The auto landing was not easy and we did multiple trials. We got even a “crash” message.

And we found that the throttle did not shut down at the flare point

and the second flight was the same, It took us more than 10 trials to be able to land the plane. The throttle did not shut down on the flare point either and we had to change the altitude offset by +4 to be able to land the plane.

We would like to know what is the problem.
