Arm/emergency motor stop PWM values

Hi, I need to setup a way to kill the motors on my hexa once it Land. I’m not sure if FC detect the land condition, but every time I land and try to disarm the motors with low thrust + left rudder, the motors don’t stop and some times it flip over. I’ve read that it’s a common problem on several post. So I config channel 6 to ARM/Emergency stop motor on a RC switch. I also made a MIX on my TX with Throttle to Channel 6. So if I accidentally press the switch with no 0 throttle I avoid stop the motors. But, I’m not sure how low that value will be. I mean, at what PWM value the FC switch to Emergency Motor Stop.
Thanks

IIRC the limit between low and mid position for aux function switches is at 1300 or thereabouts. My favorite place for EMS is the trainer switch (momentary on the right hand side of the radio) though it doesn’t work with arm/EMS (used stick arming or complex logic for arming).

thank for your answer!
Yes, I have it on a little switch on the right hand of the TX, Gear and FLAP switchs (on the left) is used to flight mode.
I will fine tunning so to make sure that the Throttle mixing works as expected.
