Switching to “Loiter mode” in the helicopter will cause toilet bowling.
I have checked the log data and cannot tell if it is affected by magnetic interference.
Please help by checking the log data.

Yes, brushless motors produce a lot of electro-magnetic interference.
magnetometers are very sensitive and will see this interference and get confused by it.
Sometimes GPS Receivers also get this interference.
Keep the above sensors away from high current wires!
