ArduPlane Physical Parameter Config

I am trying to run simulations using Mission Planner, and I want the plane in software to have the same parameters as the real thing, for instance maximum speed and g-rating per turn. I cannot find those, however, so help would be appreciated.

For reference, I did one simulation where, in the ‘advanced params’ section on Mission Planner, I moved the ‘Max Air Speed’ slider to 100 m/s which is the max on the bar but less than what my plane can handle, and the plane still only went 22 m/s. During that run, I set the speed to 80 m/s in the ‘actions’ window on Mission Planner only got it to go up to 32 m/s.

Again, basically, I’m stuck and would appreciate pointers to where I should look to modify the code so it mimics the plane I have irl.
