Ardupilot 4.5.6+OpenIPC+ELRS RadioFailSafe

We have met a FAILSAFE issue using ELRS 3.2.0 915MHz.

It might be RC failsafe issue, but we don’t know why:

  1. The LOS range is OK
  2. SNR is low
  3. It was OK, flying with other 3 packs of battery at the same time/location
  4. We have checked the solder contact is quite normal

Is there anything else that we should take care off or pay special attention?

EDIT:

  1. At 1:58, quality is dropped from 100 to 1.
  2. From 1:58 to 2:33, FC is experiencing no(really few) valid packets.

I don’t know the details of how the code refreshes the OSD, which might provide some insight into what’s happening in the backend. Could it be that a packet unpacking error/or any other issue causes the ELRS receiver to enter an error loop or a similar state for a period of time?
