Ardupilot 3.2 and 3.3 Serial Port Problem

Hi everyone,
I have a problem serial port and CLI.
I am using arduino Ide to download and set parameters.
If I use version 3.0 my serial port is work properly, but if I use version 3.2 and 3.3, I see strange characters in command line, and it does not respond my command.

Is there anybody who has an idea?

I have exact the same problem on Arducopter v3.3

How do you have solved this problem?

As far as I know, version 3.2 and 3.3 does not have CLI features.
Therefore it seems to be normal.
