Arducopter v 3.6.9 with pixhawk+m8n gps first flight crash after selecting mode RTL

Hi, It was my first flight with my new pixhawk 2.4.8 fc + ublox M8N gps unit with arducopter v3.6.9. The quad went up about 30ft and then when i selected RTL it went on flying abruptly crashing on a tree nearby. Please help in analyzing the flight log. The link to the bin file is:

Something got loose and caused heavy vibrations (before you switched to RTL). Vibrations eventually upset EKF and copter switched to EKF Failsafe (Land)

Could it be the connectors, like gps or telemetry connectors
