Hello, is there a version of apsync that runs on a raspberry Pi3 B+ ?

Looking for the same.
Actually I don’t have the Pi3 B+ but just the Pi3 B so not sure what image I need. I tried apsync-rpi-lastest.img but don’t see the WiFi access point.
