Funding for newer RunCam devices for driver development.

Description:

RunCam keep changing the range of protocol options that their devices support. This makes it very difficult to support the RunCam driver reliably. Having access to both the hybrid and newer split options would make this possible.

Planned amount $$ (USD):

203 USD for a RunCam Split 4 + RunCam Hybrid

Estimated time for completion:

In time for 4.1 release
