APM2.6 led lights dead?

i did read the page copter.ardupilot.com/wiki/common-apm-board-leds/ but that did not answer my question because i think my 2.6 board is broken, it only gives me really quick yellow and blue lights and then only 2 blinking red lights after that nothing happens anymore. the green light for active is always on if i connect it to a usb or my battery. i don’t know what caused it, question is can i save it.

thank you in advance.

Hi,

Is the board detected by the computer?
Are you able to write firmware? If so, are you able to connect to mission planner or apm planner?
If you are not able to connect please run INS test in terminal, here you can see a video of how to do it:

If you get an error with the above test, possibly the 3.3V regulator is damaged and replacing the component might fix the problem, here is more information:

I hope this information helps!

thank you for answering.

the board does not connect to the computer so it will not detect any usb input so i can’t connect it to the missionplanner or the terminal.

I’ve also tested the 3.3v regulator it gives me a measurement of 3.129 V i don’t know if that is the problem.

I think the regulator is fine.

Please give a try to this procedure:

i’ve did go to the site but i’m stuck at the usb flip part 5a because when
i insert the jumper and take some wire to get in the DFU mode till that
it’s fine but it says you need to hear the USB disconnect/connect sound, i
don’t hear that so i can’t connect to flip and so i can’t reprogram the
device.

i’ve made a movie for the led, the first one is when i want to reprogram
the ardino and at sec 0:07 is just when i plug the device in and that is
what happens.

i changed the 3.3v regulator and it seems to be working again the only thing that is not working is the usb connection, is there something i can do to get it connected again.
