GCS failsafes are incorrect. Change that parameter
How to setb failsafe
Disable the GCS failsafe. Why did you enable it in the first place.
When GC S failsafe is active it requires a USB or telemetry link to a GCS in order to arm.
You clearly do not want that, so disable it
