Apm 2.8 is not arming while connect to mission planner is connected and arming disconnect flug is disarmed i tried to arm by remote is not arming is arming only when mission planner is connect

GCS failsafes are incorrect. Change that parameter

Disable the GCS failsafe. Why did you enable it in the first place.

When GC S failsafe is active it requires a USB or telemetry link to a GCS in order to arm.
You clearly do not want that, so disable it
