We have ordered the X650, but will install ArduCopter or it.
If somebody have a working parameter set for it, it could save me some time.

There is a Holybro X650 template on ArduPilot methodic configurator software.
Perfect! - I am in the process of adopting the methodical configuration into our organisation.
Version 2.0 will be released soon with “simple” GUI. It will be even simpler to use it.
Changes are already in the master branch, but it is not released yet.
