Altitude lose in brake Mode

Hi everyone,
Our drone running ArduCopter 4.5.3, loss altitude when switched to brake mode, I’m trying to figure out the issue, is it with the barometer or tunning issue, Beacuse i haven’t done any tunning on it, just basic calibration.
The log i shared runs on a custom flight controller.
I have attached the log.

Use ArduPilot methodic configurator software, do all the configuration first and after it do not skip the “wind estimation” nor the “baro compensation” steps that the tool presents to you.

Hi @amilcarlucas, I will do the configuration you suggest. However, in the log, DALT and ALT are totally overlapping, and the baro data is not even that bad. Because of the DALT, the drone is losing altitude.

Also read the section 1. getting the hardware right before starting with the process.
