When I’m on the ground, the altimeter isn’t stable and the numbers go up and down.
- External barometer is not connected
I am using PIXHAWK 2.4.8.

Did you experience this after the ground start immediately or after some minutes?
I am seeing GPS No Fix, wait for the fix.
After the fix, did you see these fluctuations again?
Also, did you do calibrations?
I watched your video. It looks like a calibration issue. Do the calibrations and make sure the GPS is fixed. Thats all.
Let’s FIX GPS.
What is calibration?
Is it a barometer calibration?
GPS will fix itself.
Go outside and wait.
Did you do mandatory hardware calibrations?
For example acceloremeter calibration.

Compass and acceleration calibration have been completed.
On a sunny day, GPSFIX will be used to confirm and contact you.
GPS Fix means GPS lock. Wait it to connect the GNSS Satellites
I am doing GPS FIX, but the altitude is not stable.
Various calibrations have been completed.
