Do you recommend a frame, perhaps in carbon fiber, in which I can reuse the motors, ESCs, pixhawk 2.4.8 and GNSS installed on the DJI F450?

The holybro x500 frame is a great frame for smaller builds.
I don’t know if you can get it without the motors included, but if you can, that would be a great option.
There is also some simple frames in the 450 class on aliexpress if you’re comfortable ordering from there.
Lastly, you can always design your own frame. A regular design with two carbon plates is not that hard to design. Than CNC madness can cut the plates. That’s off course a longer process but in the end, it’s really cool to have designed your own drone from the ground and up.
I like the X500 frame. It flies really well. The EDU-450 is good as well, but I just like the X500 more.

I currently use 3S, but the motors may run on 4S.
On 3S you will need to keep the take-off weight down to ~1kg with 10” props.
