Alternating vehicle code during flight

Hello everyone.

As a new user to ArduPilot I’m not sure about the capability of it. I have a question regarding the vehicle code. Can ArduPilot switch from ArduCopter to ArduPlane midflight autonomously, since I’m building an autonomous VTOL plane with 4 motors, I want to use the ArduCopter code while taking off and landing, and use the ArduPlane code while flying normally.
