Airunit to Airunit and Botblox dronenet not connecting to Mission Planner

Having some trouble trying to get Mission Planner to connect using Herelink Airunit 1.1 to Herelink Airunit 1.1 as the radio link.

Networking and Mission Planner is working a treat on the aircraft if I use a network cable from my laptop to the Botblox Dronenet that I have installed in the aircraft and the UDP connection works automatically as expected. I also have a Siyi RM1 camera connected that the GStreamer feed also works a treat.

However, the problem starts if rather than using the direct cable connection I try using the Airunit to Airunit link (the aircraft’s Airunit is also connected to the Dronenet). When I do this I cant get any connection to Mission Planner working however the GStreamer feed is working proving that at least the two air units are talking to each other.

I am no netowrking engineer to put it mildly so the whole subnet , gateway ip thing is a bit gobbledegook to me but have tried. I have attached my param files for both the aircraft and the Botblox drone net. I have set my laptop ip to 192.168.144.3 for this as a static ip. Any help would be hugely appreciated. Oh the UART port from the Herelink is connected to Serial 4 on my Airbot mini carrier board if that helps with the UART set to Mavlink2 with 57 baud rate (do I even need this if using ethernet?).

Thank you.

Well finally got it working. Think it might be down to a bad BotBlox board as one of the ethernet ports wasn’t working (which I knew about) but maybe there was also something else wrong with the board preventing it from talking to the Airunit. Anyway all sorted now. I have also added the params I used for anyone else that may end up in a similar situation.
