AirSpeed peaks vs GPS speed

Hi guys,

I’m running a Pixhawk with v3.1.1 in a fixed wing (Talon) with a airspeed sensor.
I enable the ARSPD_AUTOCAL to calibrate the sensor, at the end of the flight the graph shows this.
This is correct? it´s normal all the peaks in the arspd graph?
I also post the log file from the flight.

Thanks in advance

Anyone?

Hi There!!

I tried to enter in ARSPD AUTOCAL but there is no such parameter in the full parameter list. Im on 3.2 APM
What can be happened?

I hope you solved your issue

@NICOLASPILOT,
Did you follow these Wiki instructions: http://plane.ardupilot.com/wiki/airspeed-3/

TCIII GM

Hello TCIII

Yes I followed the instructions.

Actually I have an I2C Airspeed sensor that works and flew it several times.
BUT I cant find in the Full Parameter list the ARSPD_AUTOCAL parameter to calibrate it.
I want to calibrate it because I think it needs.

For example:
KMH
Headwind IAS 100 GS 60
TAILWIND IAS 100 GS 120

So there are 20 missing KM/h

I fly at 1500 ft elevation with 30 C degrees

@Lbarreiro,
That log looks reasonable, except that airspeed is quite a bit noisier than we really expect. Is the sensor in clean air?
Also note that a tlog is needed to properly analyse the airspeed learning process.
Cheers, Tridge

@NICOLASPILOT,
The ARSPD_AUTOCAL parameter is there. Have another go at finding it in the advanced parameter list.
Cheers, Tridge

Solved

Move the pitot and now i have a clean graph.

Thanks
