Airspeed calibration in Copter?

I have some multicopters equipped with airspeed sensors. We need to know the actual airspeed, as opposed to ground speed for data analysis. In ArduPlane, we can perform a Preflight Calibration in MP to zero out the differential pressure sensor, but in Copter, that does not appear to happen. Short of a reboot, is there some way to force it to zero out the pressure sensor?
