Adjust speed of one motor of a quadcopter

In my quadcopter, the #4 motor (Test Motor B) spins faster at Arm then the other 3 motors. The other 3 motors appear to spin the same. I assume this is not how it should be. How can I (should I) adjust the pwm of that single motor to match others?

Make sure RC calibration is done correctly, then run the semi-automatic ESC calibration. Then test each motor with the MissionPlanner motor test.

Would there be a telemetry log if I am just arming and spinning on ground / low throttle? Maybe that can give insight into specifics if required.

A telemetry log is not useful. If the craft is armed there will be .bin flight log on the flight controller. That’s useful.
