I have been using the A8 Mini with ArduCopter 4.5 for some time now.
In my mission planning, ArduCopter is set to trigger the Camera shutter at a given distance with a 1.2 second delay minimum between shots. However, there are times when the A8 Mini misses a signal and does not trigger. To deal with this, I have created my own algorithm in excel to locate the missing images when it comes time to geotag.
But the A8 Mini was designed to integrate with ArduPilot. Shouldn’t ArduCopter 4.5 be seeing an acknowledge signal returned from the A8 Mini upon a shutter response?
I also thought that the A8 Mini was supposed to receive geotag information in flight for the images. Is that not an available feature yet at this time?
