A new Log analiser and PID value recommender for ArduPlane

Once the plane was done his first flight for checking log and make tuning i have tried to use the integrated MissionPlanner log analyzer - it is not bad , but slow, and tricky in some cases for check the values. That is why i have created the simple one which collected all necessary data for make the PID tuning and analyze the flight.
