A Flight controller for a fixed wing UAV

Hey Guys, I am entirely new to the field of UAV’s.

Me and my team are working on making a fixed wing UAV for Automated emergency landing only based on computer vison and sensors on the absence of Radio communication and GPS. (Fail- safe mechanism) + Collision avoidance system.

The project will involve in Cameras, Sensros (Li-DAR), a companion computer for computation (Most probabbly Rasberry PI5), A light weight frame model.

We also have cost limitation, Please help me to find a suitable Flight contoller for our project, Also do advice me on any matter that I have to concerned about.

What cost limitation for the Flight Controller?

I’d say somewhere between 100 - 200 USD (I am not sure if this is reasonable or not, I am not aware of prices of Flight controllers), But the lower the better.

In this price range you can look for example to the Matek H743 Series Flightcontrollers. The offer all you need
