is it possible to set a flight ceiling to keep us from breaking the stupid FAA rules?

FENCE_ENABLE set to 1
FENCE_TYPE set to 1
FENCE_ACTION set to 0 to report it on gcs only or 1 to rtl/land it.
FENCE_ALT_MAX set to 120
That turns on the geofence, sets it to altitude only and set the limit to 120 meter.
