I’m have successfully connected my Amazon 2 axis gimbal to my drone. Having trouble getting into the interface to be able to change the type of signal needed to control pitch with my Spektrum radio. From what I have gathered, I need to change one setting that moves the gimbal using ANGLE setting but I can’t get into the interface. The interface comes up and my laptop recognizes the port COM4 but as soon as I hit connect, the interface disappears from the screen. I’ve spend couless hours trying to change this one setting, but I can’t get into the interface. Can anyone help?
Is this an gimbal purchased through Amazon.com of is it an “Amazon” brand gimbal?
If the former, who makes the gimbal?
