Hi @khaled_abobakr,
We use Trad Heli’s when we need to go that fast. You should have no problem getting a 500 or 700 size Heli to fly that fast. You can even fly it in Auto mode if you aren’t comfortable flying a Heli.

There are probably some racing quad’s which use tilted motors that may fly that fast as well…

Would it make the birds going crazy ?
I mean the sound and look of a racing quad used to scare anything that is fly around … including the birds of prey ?

Actually you need to train the falcon from the start and introduce it to it gradually … and then associate the sound of the motors with food … it’s a delicate process but doable …
