Which firmware does QGroundControl use?

Hi all,

I’ve recently purchased a Pixhawk and been messing around with both Mission Planner and QGroundControl. I recently got HIL working with QGC, but the HIL firmware is not available yet on Mission Planner, so I’m wondering if someone can tell me which firmware QGC uses, both for HIL and normal flight?
I know that MissionPlanner uses the ArduPilot builds from http://firmware.diydrones.com but I can’t seem to find any reference to where the QGC firmware comes from… (Maybe I’m just looking in all the wrong places)

For anyone interested, I found that the firmware is available here:

QGC can load the native PX4 firmware or it can load the Ardupilot firmware.

There is a HIL for the PX4 firmware but we have not written a HIL for the Ardupilot firmware running on PX4 or Pixhawk. Most people use the SITL instead. The HIL does run on the APM. Are you interested in updating it to run on Pixhawk?
