I am trying to set up pixhawk 2.1 flight control using foot petal, and yoke control inputs. Looking at uhf uplink, but want to bypass the need for a rc transmitter. Any thoughts?

Try to set it up as a joystick through missionplanner. Instructions in the wiki.
